I put thinly sliced mushrooms and bok choy leaves over the noodles just under the meat so the broth wilted them too. The best part about this dish is how customizable it is for each person. No one's bowl was the same.

Very easy to make and yummy. Stong spice flavor and smell, may use less spices next time. kids loved it!
