Ingredients

2 eggs
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1Heat the milk and butter together until the butter melts. Let cool.
2Beat the eggs together in a large bowl. Add the milk mixture and stir.
3Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Beat to incorporate.
