Ingredients
- 200 grams bread flour
- 30 grams parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 salt (level tsp.)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 eggs (at room temperature)
- 50 grams butter (melted)
- 100 grams milk (at room temperature)
- 50 grams cheese (Emmental, cut into small cubes)
- 120 grams hot dogs (cut into rounds)
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 190C.
- 2Combine the flour in a bowl with the baking powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and ground pepper.
- 3Beat the eggs lightly in another bowl and add the melted butter and the milk.
- 4Add the two mixtures and beat quickly just enough to combine.
- 5Add the hot dog slices and the Emmental cheese, and stir.
- 6Spoon the batter into the muffin liners and bake for approximately 25 minutes, until lightly golden.
- 7Remove the muffins from the oven and serve warm.
