Ingredients

3 cups filtered water
1 cup unsalted cashews
1/3 cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
1/3 cup pitted dates
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus more to taste)
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or Pinch of cayenne pepper)

Directions

1Place all of the ingredients (including any optional boosters) into the blender jar of the KitchenAid® Power Plus® Blender. Secure the lid and set the blender to the Adapti-Blendâ Soup program. Blend until the machine turns itself off. Alternatively, blend for about 5 minutes, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10 until hot.
