- dried thyme (1/2 tsp.)
- 1 bunch collard greens (fresh, chopped, about 2 cups when measured after chopping, but next time I would use more)
- 1 red pepper flakes (optional)
- apple cider vinegar (2 tsp., or more to taste)
- 1 can flavoring
