Fantabulous!
I subbed diced celery and yellow onion for cabbage; also added extra ginger and garlic - extra half tea spoon, and added thinly diced green onion as topper along with cilantro ... and I tossed in water chestnuts at end of fry. Delish! Now a we family favorite.

This is a really great, flavorful recipe. I used sake instead of the sherry and tripled the srirarcha. It was delicious! :)
