The dish was simple and flavorful however we taste it the soy a lot. I will add a lil more honey next time to find the perfect balance.

Flavorful - I put it over rice noodle veggie stir fry.

Made this for my family and it was a hit! A better version of teriyaki chicken. I broiled it at the end to get a great crunch. We also marinated it for 5+ hours and the chicken thighs pretty much fell apart.

This was so delicious! I used bone in chicken thighs with skin on (too lazy to debone them) cooked for just shy of 45 min until the internal temp was 180 started skin side down in the pan for the first 15 min then returned them skin side up for the remaining time. They got lovely and caramelized with a few minutes under the broiler at the end. No left overs and no chit chat during dinner! They were devoured

I followed the recipe entirely. Chicken was very flavorful and tender. I am definitely going to start making this more often! Next time I think I will let the chicken marinade for longer than an hour. I served this with brown rice, and used the juice/marinade to pour over the rice, which tasted great. I also made honey garlic sautéed carrots. They all went great together!

It was really good and ingredients easily available at home. Will be making this again when I need a speedy delicious dinner. It went well with a roasted cauliflower dish.

We only had bone in, w skin on, 8 chicken thighs - so I tripled the recipe - delicious!! Toddler and husband both liked the flavor! We made it with homemade fried rice w 4 eggs. Adding some of the sauce to the rice and chicken was perfect!! Keeper recipe - thank you!

This recipe was soooo good! My kiddos gobbled it up. This will for sure be a recipe that's added into our rotation. I wanted to share a couple of things I added. I seared the chicken thighs for about 3-5 minutes on each side, added fresh thyme, 2tsp sesame oil, 2tsp apple cider vinegar, cut up some fresh veggies: asparagus, mushrooms, carrots and potatoes and added it to the chicken in the cast iron skillet. After that I sliced some lemon up and placed them across the veggies and chicken before baking. Everything came together nicely. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

It was great, the chicken was juicy, there was plenty of sauce to spoon over the chicken after it was done. And the taste was excellent.

very tasty but too much soy which made a little saltier than were used to. have to just reduce a little soy and it'll be a recipe to use again.

Pretty good. My husband said it reminded him of the foil wrapped chicken at a Chinese restaurant, just bigger.

Family loved it - tons of flavor, easy to make, even last minute - though waiting an hour as it marinaded was a bummer - will plan better next time
