It was delicious! I made some extra sauce while the chicken was cooking to put on my rice and chicken! That really helped bring out the flavor!

Very good!! This will become a regular dish in our home. I used a soy substitute and paired it with honey roasted carrots. Had left overs and the next day made rice... still so good!!!

I didn’t have time to marinate so I rolled the chicken breasts around in a bowl with the marinate for a few minutes. Then folded the foil up on all four edges, put the chicken breasts in and poured the marinate over them. It was quick, easy and delicious.
it was sooooo good. the family loved it. my daughter was babysitting a two year old and she wouldn't stop eating it.

The flavor was good, I didn't have fresh ginger but used ground ginger instead but it was fine for us flavor wise. I think the overnight marinade changed the texture of the chicken though, it was kind of odd, and the last chicken dish I used the same chicken and it was fine. This seemed to make it almost plasticky for the texture. Next time I'll only marinate for an hour or so and see if that helps.
Very yummy! Used with pork chops instead and turned out great.
