Amazing and not salty at all, I guess it depends on the soy sauce you use

Easy and tasty! It went well with white rice and broccoli. I plan on adding it to out meal rotation.

Agree with many here that it was rather salty. Would maybe try again but cut the soy down

Bit salty but this means it goes well great with some mashed sweet potatoes!

I baked the chicken with the marinade and Brussels sprouts. The chicken turned out tender and delicious. I served over quinoa

Great flavour on the outside, not as much on the inside. Only marinated 3 hours.

Not Bad, I over did the Ginger a little, And I only had skinless breasts. A little dry, definitely be better with skin. Easy to make though, And the family enjoyed it. Did a Pepper and Balsamic stir fry on the side, Worked well.

I prolly wont make these again. I used chicken breast and not thighs with skin. I think that was my mistake. They didnt come out all sticky and tasty. They werent bad. But not my thing although my step mom loved it! Also i simmered the marinade so i could baste it but it got all chunky and weird when the chicken juice cooked inside it. so i didnt use it. gross

It was ok. It didn’t have as much flavor as I hoped.

I marinated the chicken overnight, then baked it with the marinade in a dutch oven instead of cooking/basting the chicken on a cookie sheet. The chicken turned out super moist, but also overly salty and soy-sauce flavored. Next time I will use half soy sauce and half chicken broth (1/6 cup of each). We'll see how that goes.

The chicken turned out moist & very tasty. I used large chicken breast and marinated them for about 8hrs before cooking

Used wings, chicken comes out nice and soft

Bumped up the ginger and used boneless breasts with less time. Simple recipe.

I made this with boneless breast because I bought them before I realized this calls for bone-in but it turned out just fine anyway the family liked it but we did need to spoon extra sauce over the chicken when it was cut

Love it! I let it soak up n the marinade all night and used chicken thighs instead of breasts. It was easy to throw together and didn’t cost a lot. The kids loved it too!
