Ingredients

1 cup low-fat milk
2 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
350 grams blackberries
4 tablespoons jam (berry, your choice)
1 tablespoon powdered gelatin (plain)

Directions

1Pour the gelatin into the cup of milk and microwave for 30 seconds.
2Place the warm milk, cream, honey, vanilla and sugar into a pan on medium heat. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes without stirring. Do not allow to boil.
3Meanwhile, mash the blackberries with a fork, leaving small chunks, and mix in the jam.
4Let the cream mixture cool for 2 minutes, later pour into individual ramekins or a serving dish and place into the refrigerator for 6 hours.
5Serve topped with spoonfuls of the berry mixture.
