    Excellent! My loaf wasn’t very crumbly as predicted which may be do due to my Vitamix dry grains container which ground the oats super fine. I did end up grinding and adding about an extra fourth to third of a cup because it was so runny. I noticed after it sits for the recommended time, the batter thickens up. I was afraid I had added too much, but it turned out great. I probably won’t use it for sandwiches because it’s definitely on the sweet side but perfect breakfast. I will definitely make again.
