Description

A great twist to a crowd favorite. These ribs deliver a sweet, yet tangy flavor. Each bite is full of succulent, juicy meat. They are a great main course for special occasions.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 kilograms pork ribs
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
2Mix together the honey and mustard to make a sauce.
3Place the ribs on a bed of aluminum foil, then salt and pepper generously.
4Baste the ribs with the honey mustard sauce.
5Place another sheet of aluminum foil on top and pinch the sides, making a “packet.”
6Let the ribs marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
7Place the “packet” into the oven and slowly bake for 2 hours.
8If you like your ribs crunchy on the outside, remove the ribs from the packet a few minutes before they are done and broil.
