This classic combination of flavors is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 chicken thighs (skinless)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the wholegrain mustard, honey, garlic powder and salt. Stir to combine the seasonings.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the mixing bowl, and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the chicken thighs out on the sheet pan. Pour any remaining honey-mustard mixture on top of the chicken thighs.
  6. Insert the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the thighs reach an internal temperature of 165F.
  7. Remove the sheet pan from the oven, and allow the chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
