Ingredients

500 milliliters whipping cream
250 milliliters whole milk
160 milliliters honey
3 egg yolks

Directions

1Heat the cream and milk together with the honey just until it begins to simmer.
2Beat the egg yolks and add to the hot cream mixture little by little, stirring continuously.
3Heat on low heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
4Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
5Place into the freezer, removing every 30 minutes to stir, until creamy. May place into an ice cream maker, following its instructions, instead.
