- Heat the cream and milk together with the honey just until it begins to simmer.
- Beat the egg yolks and add to the hot cream mixture little by little, stirring continuously.
- Heat on low heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
- Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
- Place into the freezer, removing every 30 minutes to stir, until creamy. May place into an ice cream maker, following its instructions, instead.
