• 4 New York (top loin) pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce


  1. Prepare medium-hot fire in kettle-style grill. In small bowl stir together honey and hot pepper sauce. Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over direct heat, turning and basting with honey-pepper sauce mixture, until chops are nicely browned, about 8-12 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
