Delicious. Great Friday to weekend meal. Nice flavor combination just be careful not to burn honey on top.

Juicy and absolutely delicious. Do be careful with the honey brushing so it doesn't burn. Also so easy to prepare.

Wonderful!! Made this for dinner on a Sunday night and had delicious leftover chicken sandwiches the following week!

Delicious!! Remember to rub the chicken with the Rock Salt all over. I removed the neck, gizzard and liver before marinating. I marinated a 5 lb. young chicken for 3.5 hours in the refrigerator as directed. I did use dried Thyme on the inside of the chicken with the lemon wedges. When it came to bake at 350 degrees, I did bake for 20 more minutes because of the size of the chicken. I brushed the Honey Glaze twice before I took it out of the oven. It was nicely browned and the aroma was amazing.. After the chicken had rested for 10 minutes, I sliced and served. I did save the dripping to use another time.
