It was delish, I added 1/3 cup bbq sauce and put the sauce on the bottom of the pan an covered the chops with the sauce, an covered the pan with foil, baked for 20 minutes served with mashed potatoes and creamed corn.. but cooked on stove top as indicated..

Very nice.. it was moist, I sautéed/browned it on both sides then put glaze over it and baked 15 minutes each side. I took the drippings and placed over the pork chops to help the moistness.

I followed the recipe exactly. The pork chops were tender but I did not care for the sauce.

This recipe was awesome. I made a couple changes only because i didnt have the ingredient it called for. The first cgange was i used a half cup of ketchup and half cup of Honey BBQ in place of the one cup of ketchup. The second change was i used granulated garlic the kind you keep on shelf not the refrigerator. I used 1 teaspoon in replace of the two garlic cloves. This is definitely a keeper, even my boyfriend who id pickish when it comes to sauces and glazes enjoyed this. Thank you so much for sharing. Will be making tjis again and again and will be sharing this with friends & family 😊
