It turned out well, but I really enjoyed how the sauce tasted. If I have let it baked just a few minutes longer the carrots probably would have been more tender. But I really liked it!

Delicious. However, because the carrots were not chopped they took a lot longer to cook. Next time I'll chop the carrots. I will definitely be cooking my Carrotts this way from now on. Two thumbs up.
