Healthy!! Taste amazing! Would consider a longer cook time (30 mins) depending on the oven and garnish with sunflower kernels

Delicious. However, because the carrots were not chopped they took a lot longer to cook. Next time I'll chop the carrots. I will definitely be cooking my Carrotts this way from now on. Two thumbs up.

Harder than it looks to quarter the carrots, but these turn out amazing. I've made them twice now, you cant go wrong with these!

Was delicious. I recoated my carrots about half way through to get them a little on the sweeter side. My kids really liked them. USE FOIL ON YOUR PAN.

Turned out very good... if you like carrots. Has great flavor. I don’t really like carrots but wanted to give this a try... I would make this for my family any day of the year and probably will make it during the holidays. The sauce would taste good marinated on baked chicken :) I’ll try that next!
