Ingredients

  • 1 large eggs
  • 110 grams melted butter
  • 100 grams greek yogurt
  • 60 grams ground almonds
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 80 grams granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted pistachios

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Break the egg in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. 3Add the warm melted butter and yogurt. Mix with fork.
  4. 4Stir in the almonds, flour, baking powder, sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 pinches of ground cinnamon.
  5. 5Mix quickly with a fork.
  6. 6Pour into silicone molds. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding.
  7. 7Heat the remaining honey in a saucepan and then sprinkle on top of cookies.
