Ingredients

100 grams unsalted butter
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
200 grams flour
40 grams butter
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
40 grams sugar
130 milliliters milk
salt
1/2 tablespoon yeast
1 eggs (beaten for brushing)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the egg.
3Beat to obtain a very creamy mixture.
4Make small balls, and place them spaced apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or a silicone mat. Flatten the balls with the palm of your hand.
5Brush them with the egg, and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
