Flavor was great but it was a bit too sweet. Almost needs something else to temper the sweetness a bit. Would definitely cook it again.

This was so delicious! Tender, sweet and flavorful. I did not use the Cajun season (my family doesn't like Cajun). I used salt instead.

Great! Did not have to add water for the sauce - I just simmered it until it's quite thick. Roasted at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
