Easy. Use cinnamon Chile rub as I didn’t have Cajun. And sprinkled over & rubbed as it is a lot stronger than Cajun.

Very nice recipe, simple but with great flavor. Cooked the tenderloin to a inrernal temp of 145 and it was excellent, sweet with some added heat. Great blend of flavors

Flavor was great but it was a bit too sweet. Almost needs something else to temper the sweetness a bit. Would definitely cook it again.

Did this in an electric grill and was awesome I just kept the heat at about 350 the whole time and cooked until deep brown.
