I didn't follow the measurements to a tee because I was unsure whether my muffin pan would hold it all but otherwise the recipe was good. It tasted just like banana bread. Awesome!

I think instead if oil it should’ve been butter. I felt like it was missing something like a little bit more honey. But tasted good.

Awesome simple banana muffins! I added a little cinnamon and subbed an egg for a banana since I only had two, and they turned out great. I also had to add 5 min to the baking time. Seems like a good recipe to experiment with!

Recipe states 15-20 minutes. I gave them 5 more minutes then 5 more minutes then I threw them back in the oven with no timer.

i have made this recipe literally over 50 times. it's super easy, fast, these ingredients are always handy at home, you can spin these out for unexpected visits in less than 30 minutes! and it's fairly healthy all things considered... not a ton of sugar but still satisfies our sweet tooth

Good texture. I couldn’t taste the honey. I added cinnamon to the mixture and added cinnamon sugar to the top after baking for 15 min.

Very, very bland. And I even substituted the oil for apple sauce and added a bunch of ground cinnamon and still no taste. Tastes like flour with a hint of banana (and cinnamon because I added it)! On the other hand, I dont want my toddlers eating sugar filled muffins, so this works for us. They ate them up!

I made it step by step first go round, although I enjoyed them they were a tad dry. I made them again but added an extra banana, replaced the oil with cinnamon applesauce, added chopped pecans, nutmeg, cinnamon and more honey and vanilla. These were more of a hit.
