I liked this batter because it wasn’t overly sweet, although I think I’ll add a little bit more sugar next time. I took away one star because I wasn’t a huge fan of the frosting.

This recipe was a big crowd pleaser at my house. My toddler adored decorating the cupcakes and my husband immediately ate two of them. I particularly like the frosting. It is so much better than the store bought variety. Make sure you let the cupcakes fully cool down before frosting. It makes frosting them much easier.
