Excellent! Easy and a great flavour. I didn't have almond extract and used vanilla instead as is suggested...a very nice syrup for pancakes, crepes or waffles. My husband loved it and as he is skeptical of new things, that was the real test and this passed with flying colours! My kids loved it too!
