Homemade Sunflower Seed Crunchy Breadsticks

Description

Using dough the stretch the breadsticks on a pan and bake them in a oven for 45 minutes. The sunflower seeds add a crunchy and salty element to the breadsticks. This is an easy to make appetizer, that can be enjoyed by many.

Ingredients

310 grams flour
175 milliliters warm water
20 grams vegetable oil
7 grams yeast
8 grams salt
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

1In a bowl, add flour, water, oil, yeast, salt, and seeds, Mix well and knead for about 15 minutes.
2Divide the dough into 12 45-gram portions.
3Stretch each ball into a stick, keeping them shorter than the length of the baking tray.
4Line the baking tray with parchment paper and put the breadsticks on top.
5Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place a pan containing water inside the oven to produce steam and make the breadsticks golden brown.
6Bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool on a baking rack and serve.
