This is a kid-friendly meal that will make a tasty dinner. Using a mixer the flour and yeast is made into a smooth and even dough. The cheese adds a savory taste when spread along the dough. Toppings add flavor and texture to the meal while the tomato and oregano add color.
Ingredients
- 300 grams bread flour (sifted)
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- salt
- 200 milliliters water (warm)
- cheese (grated)
- tomatoes (fried)
- oregano
- ham
- 1 strip loin steak (cooked rare and sliced thin)
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 2Using a stand mixer, mix the sifted flour, yeast, pinch of salt, and warm water.
- 3Mix for 15 minutes until the dough is smooth and even.
- 4Let it rest for 1 hour. Once it is ready, cut in half. Stretch the dough into the pizza shape using a rolling pin.
- 5Place the cheese along the edges forming a circle. Leave 2 to 3 centimeters between the dough edge and the cheese.
- 6Little by little, cover the cheese with the extra centimeters of dough, folding the dough towards the inside of the pizza while containing the cheese.
- 7Place the toppings on the pizza: cover with tomato, oregano, ham and pieces of strip loin steak and more cheese.
- 8Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the crust and cheese are golden brown.
