- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or amino acids)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (I used balsamic, but any will do)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3/4 tablespoon flour (I used whole wheat, avoid enriched white)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 dash red pepper flakes (or sub 1/4 tsp hot sauce...or more if you like heat!)

Pretty Awesome! I was at home starving and didn't really feel like making a trip to the store or eating out. I had some veggies and rice and happened to have all of the ingredients for the sauce. Worked out really well! The measurements for the ingredients works well over about 1 cup of rice(dry). If you're making more than that, I'd double it!

Delicious! Great substitute for store bought. Mine came out a little thick but I think I did something wrong. Just added more vinegar & turned out great!!

This turned out pretty delicious. Instead of brown sugar I used Equal spoonful and omitted the flour, so I was able to cut the carbs drastically, to only 2 carbs instead of the 25 that she had. Next time I'll skip the pepper flakes as well. It got a little spicy for my liking!

Very yummy. I made it 2x. Once with apple cider vinegar. The second time I used sherry instead of vinegar. Both times were great.
