  • 1/2 cup almonds (/rice/soy/hemp milk, unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 cups protein powder (vanilla plant based, I used Vega Sport & do not use whey*)
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons almonds (coarsely chopped)
