    My family loves calzones. I use this dough recipe every time. Easy and my grandson has me whip him up a calzone every time he comes over which is weekly. Last week it was barbecue chicken calzones. Today is meatball calzones.

    I usually make pizza dough with a full day rising time, but when I forgot to make it early enough, I found this quicker pizza dough. This was a great backup, and it cooked exactly how my usual artisan pizza dough recipe does. It doesn’t stretch enough to be tossed, but it worked well when rolled out.

    My son and I loved this recipe! It was so wonderfully soft on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside. My oven is a bit crazy so I lowered the temperature to 450F and baked it for 12 minutes. It came out perfect!

    I made this and replaced 20% of the white flour with coconut flour. I also replaced the vegetable oil with olive oil. The crust turned out beautifully; has a great texture and taste.

    I have made many, many types of pizza doughs. This was ok. Made way TOO MUCH and had to give some to my sister's family. It's not the best dough I've had, and it's not the worst.

    Tried so many recipes before trying this one, and Man! This one delivered! Dough still soft and tastes good even when cooled. That what i was looking for, because other recipes’ dough turns chewy and/or rock hard after it being cooled. Will definitely do this again and again and again!!

    so good - great texture, crisped on the bottom. i made it into 4 smaller pizzas (about 12") instead of 3 bigger ones. froze two in oiled ziplock bags.
