Description

Pizza is a great recipe to make together as a family. This simple recipe comes together in a little over an hour, so you can be enjoying fresh, hot pizza in no time! This version tops the pizza with tomato sauce, ham, bacon, and cheese but you can top it with whatever you like. A great way to do it is to set out a variety of toppings and let everyone make their own individual pizza.

Ingredients

300 grams flour
salt
1 packet active dry yeast (instant)
200 milliliters warm water
olive oil (drizzle)
tomato sauce
ham
bacon
cheese (choice, grated)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
2In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, yeast, and water. Knead 15 minutes until smooth and firm. Let rise 1 hour in a warm area.
3Once risen, cut the dough in half and roll each half out into a pizza shape.
4Top with tomato sauce, ham, bacon, and grated cheese (but really you can top with whatever you like).
5Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you like the crust.
