Perfect!!!
I added, 1 tsp. of baking soda, and use 2 cups of milk, and 3/4 of buttermilk.
Also added, 1/4 more of sugar.

used gluten free flour and coconut sugar instead, but kept all measurements the same. Delicious. Even added fresh blueberries to some, turned out great.
