The cookies were a hit for the holidays. They were soft snd I added raisins or walnuts in the second batch for variety. I'll be making these again.

I added a lot more cinnamon and used no baking powder or soda but they tasted great and the crispy bits tasted like a ginger bread man

Very good consistency moist in the middle, i did add a full tsp. of Cinnamon instead of the 1/2 tsp and chocolate chips and walnuts I would definitely make these again!
