  • 1/2 finely chopped onion (although I use ready chopped frozen onion so just a good sized handful of that)
  • 1/2 red pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 handful frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
  • chilli powder (– depending on how spicy you like it)

Delicious I did not use chicken stock, used water. Also added a can of diced tomatoes I did add double the tumeric.
