This is my new meatball recipe! They were fantastic! I changed a couple of things for 1 I didn’t have fresh parsley on hand so I used herbes de Provence and some extra oregano, I also added some extra Parmesan & Romano cheese. The combo of my homemade tomato sauce and these meat balls was absolutely Devine!
tasty! froze half for leftovers later

Best meatballs I’ve had! Most meatballs I’ve had just taste like mini meatloafs (I guess that’s essentially what they are), but I really enjoyed these. Moist, flavorful, simple. I didn’t have any fresh parsley, or dried for that matter, so I substituted a little bit of dried oregano and thyme. Will make again!

Wow, I usually do not eat meatballs. But I do make them for my wife. I tried one and realized wow I just never had great ones before. So I can now say as a rookie cook I loved them. My wife said it was the best she has ever had. Thank You
