It was ok it tasted like butter instead of mayonnaise

All I tasted was oil. It was one note and flat. Needs something to make it flavorful!

I used olive oil with local (pasteurized) eggs. The consistency looked like mayo after 1.5 cups of oil

This is so good. I made a half batch with 2 egg yolks and extra lemon, which is fine. This is a new 'must have' in our home, and excellent on Chilean sandwiches.

This was a quick and simple recipe but I think it needs a few spices to make it tastier. As the recipe states, make sure you use a neutral tasting oil; I used extra virgin olive oil and the taste was overpowering.

Wanted a mayo to make Green Goddess Dressing but didn't have Dijon mustard. This recipe worked a treat and was really simple. I only had extra light olive oil and liquid coconut oil so I did half half. I will definitely use a neutral oil next time probably vegetable with 1/2 cup oil. I added salt to this recipe. I will be keeping this recipe in my file :) ty
