- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 whole egg (plus 1 egg yolk, at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Very easy to make, and tastes better than store bought. Probably because it's fresh made and not sitting on a shelf for a long time.
