Description

Making mayo at home has never been so easy (or delicious) with this simple blender recipe.

Ingredients

1 eggs (at room temp)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup canola oil
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1Crack the egg and add it to the blender, along with the lemon juice, dijon mustard and salt. Blend on low speed for 10-20s.
2Turn the blender to medium-low speed, and add the canola oil to the blender drip by drip. The liquid should gradually thicken and emulisfy. Continue to blend until all the oil has been used up and the emulsification is thick and creamy.
