    I made a Poblano and Cayenne pepper sauce, which turned out about the heat of a Serrano. Tasty and going to mix with minced mango for a spread.

    not bad, unless you like it very spicy pull the seeds out of the peppers. Once blended the sauce was too thick so I added 2 oz. of water and a splash more vinegar.

    Excellent hot sauce, I used a mix of different peppers, but for those who say it's too hot or not so hot, remember that you have to suit this hot sauce to your taste. As a basic recipe it's a great one, just build on top.

    The hot sauce is outstanding! I used red Serrano peppers which gave the sauce a great color. The heat of the peppers combined with the carrots give it a terrific flavor. The receipt is easy to follow.

    Awesome recipe! I ended up adding quite a bit more vinegar to get the consistency we like, but the overall taste is fantastic!

    I used this for my husbands birthday, and he loved it!he also said it was quite warm, and i only had 3 habaneros. also used home made baked tortilla chips from Homemade Hooplah. Great Combo!
