Description
Imagine an intensely "grapey" fruit treat that's not too sweet, and you'll see the beauty of making your own fruit leather. With no crazy additives, it's a great healthy snack for kids and adults. - 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F.
- Line the bottom of a 10x15-inch rimmed baking sheet (also known as a jelly roll pan) with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- Stem the grapes and transfer to a colander. Rinse with cold water.

The leather was burnt, even though I put it in the oven an hour less then the recipe recommended. Next time I will just leave it to a dehydrator.
