  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet, reserve some of the chocolate chips to press on top of bars)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup seed (natural, tahini or nut butter of your choice I used a mixed sunflower, sesame and flax seed butter)
  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
