Absolutely "scrummy," as Mary Berry (Great British Baking Show) would say! just made this easy and quick (did not take me 2 hours, it takes only a few minutes to make) recipe and I am about to pour it in hollowed out chocolate cupcakes and top with whipped cream. I did use a blend of my favorite cocoas (Valrhona, Ghirradeli, & Hersheys), and chopped up Belgian dark chocolate instead of chips.
