Description
Made with one chicken breast and a slice of white bread, this kid-friendly meal is great to put in a lunchbox for a snack. Using a food processor, the chicken, cream cheese, and bread make a savory flavor. After using a fryer, serve with a sauce of your choice to complete this meal.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breasts (large)
- 1 slice white sandwich bread
- milk
- 60 grams cream cheese
- salt
- flour
- 1 eggs (beaten)
- bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
Directions
- 1Add the chicken to a food processor and puree.
- 2In a bowl, add a small amount of milk and the bread. Allow the milk to soak into the bread.
- 3Add the chicken, cream cheese, bread, and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a fork.
- 4Fill a shallow bowl with flour, another with beaten egg, and another with breadcrumbs. Mold the chicken mixture into a nugget shape, coat with flour, then egg ,and then bread crumbs.
- 5Fry in a generous amount of hot oil. Serve with your sauce of choice.
