    Best chicken noodle soup I've ever made or had. I used a 4c of thin noodles, only 1/4 onion and only 3 cups of chicken broth.

    Overall very quick, easy meal. I cooked the chicken in a pan with olive oil and salt/pepper and then used some chicken broth to get all the fried “bits” off the pan when the chicken was finished. That extra bit adds some more flavor. The kids loved it!
