  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup dijon mustard (smooth)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder (mild)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • red pepper flakes (to taste, Ina recommends 1/2 tablespoon, mine are quite hot and I use 1/2 teaspoon)
