Pretty good, I used spiced bread crumbs and added some bbq sauce and chili powder to the topping mixture. I would either add more bread crumbs or less milk because it was a little gelatinous even after cooking 20 extra minutes.

It was delicious! Made a double batch to meal prep for the week. Onions need to be really finely chopped and slightly more breadcrumbs tightens this up nicely.

Very good. So easy to make and tastes good. My picky 3yo ate it so I give it a thumb up! Needed more time cooking and in 400 degree. I would also put salt in the meat too.

A little dry, maybe cook for less time and add more ketchup into the meatloaf and a little less breadcrumbs.
