  • 100 grams dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 150 grams ground almonds
  • 50 grams protein powder (chocolate, like this one)
  • 25 grams cocoa powder (no added sugar)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 8 tablespoons splenda (agave, I use this one or honey.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 medium eggs
