Very very good. I had extra sunflower seeds, so I ground them in a blender and used this as the base flour. It gave them a heavier feel. The banana taste is light. I also included chocolate chips which makes them feel more like a treat and less like a high protein snack. Mine were cooked in exactly 12 mins as well. Yum!

These turned out great! I'm trying to get more protein in my preteens. They loved these "banana chocolate chip" muffins. No need to tell them they are healthy.

subtituted coconut flakes for walnuts and choco chips, used 2 1/2 bananas instead of 1. very fluffy and tastey!
