  • 2 tablespoons pork rub
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 bottle bbq sauce

    Directions

    1. Heat the smoker to 250F degrees with hickory wood chunks for pellets.
    2. Season all sides or the pork ribs with rub. Let rest for 15 minutes.
    3. Place the ribs on the smoker, and cook for 3 hours to an internal temperature of 170F degrees.
