  • 2 spring onions (sliced)
  • 1 bunch radishes (cut into small wedges)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • lemon slices
  • lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons hot mustard (medium)
  • 8 herring fillets
  • 1/2 cucumber (small, thinly sliced)
  • lettuce (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt with spring onions, radishes, herbs, lemon juice and mustard. Season to taste. Serve herring on a platter with yogurt sauce and sliced cucumber. Garnish with lettuce and lemon slices.
