It was good!! The lemon really brought the flavor out, I made it with regular lentils and sautéed vegetables. Lacked slight flavor, added salt. Very filling!!

Really good, if subtle, flavor. I put a little fresh lemon on at the end to give it oomph.

Omg, tried this for the first time. Soooo good and crunchy. Bought the extra firm cube tofu and followed the recipe. Will definitely make this again. YUMMY

This recipe was so easy and tasted awesome. I left in the oven for about an hour instead of the time stated. It made the tofu more firm and removed more moisture. Totally my preference but I recommend this dish.
