This worked great for me. It's a smaller loaf but only uses 2.5 cups of flour. Mine turned out fluffy and very flavorful. I used an herbed salt in the dough and on top. I had to go almost 2 hours on it. I also learned from this that my crockpot cooks hotter on one side.

Attempted to make it twice.
key word-attempted. Followed the directions to the T, but both times came out being mostly done, sank, and then turned into a rock a few hours later.

it turned out ok. a bit on the salty side so maybe reduce it by half a teaspoon. cook time was fairly accurate. mine came out a little more dense than i had hoped but its a good recipie when you are in a hurry
